How to Monitor Cleanliness of The Working Area by Using a Cleaner Checklist
A cleaner checklist template can be used when you are cleaning your office area. If you do not have specific people that are assigned for the job and take turns in doing so around the office, then creating this type of template can be useful. It can also be used by others in the future when it is their turn to clean the office.
The checklist itself will look like other checklists. However, the content of the checklist will be modified to suit the tasks that need to be done in cleaning the office area. If there is a toilet inside the office, there will be a bit more tasks to do as well since you will want to keep your toilet area clean too.
Some of the tasks that need to be included in the new cleaner checklist template are sweeping the floor of the office area, vacuuming the rugs or carpets, taking out the rubbish bags from the rubbish bins, and placing them outside the building or a designated rubbish area that has already been provided by the building owner, cleaning the windows and doors of the office, checking if all the lights are functioning properly, check if the fans and air conditioner are working correctly in the office, changing the water gallon, cleaning the pantry area, and many more.
Depending on how big your office is, there are a lot of different tasks that need to be done. If it is a big office with a lot of space, you might need to ask for help from other work colleagues too. You will also be able to get the job done faster this way.
After you create the new template, you could inform your other work colleagues of the cleaner checklist that they could edit and use too. This will also make it easier for them in creating another checklist for the future weeks or months to come. Some of the tasks need to be done daily, while others can be performed weekly or monthly. You will need to prioritize them to keep your office looking nice and clean.
